A native of Southern California, Joli Beal graduated from UC Irvine. She continued her education by attending the San Diego Design Institute and subsequently became an ASID member. Throughout the years a working designer, she acquired a broad background in the arts.
Joli spent her childhood at the beach in Belmont Shore and now resides in Del Mar. She can often be found on the rocky cliffs by the sea or deep in the back country of the Sierra Nevada.
Over the years Joli has studied under many prominent artists and has been recognized with numerous awards. She is a Signature Member of both the American Impressionist Society and the Plein Air Painters of Hawaii.
