Each member who has expressed interest in exhibiting may enter two pieces of artwork with an entry fee of USD$35 for the first and USD$15 for the second.

Here are some important dates:

July 1st through July 10th

Submit images of your artwork to me (charles@charlesnfawcett.com) for cataloguing, social media, judging and pre-labelling purposes.

Each image should be a minimum of 1200 pixels on the longest side at 72dpi, in jpg format and should not exceed 2MB in size.

Label the jpg image file with your name and title of work; example (Dwyer_Austin_Title of Work.jpg)

Along with the image transmittal please include the following information;

• Title
• Artist Name
• Framed Size (HXW)
• Medium and Price

Also advise whether you will be hand delivering your artwork (hanging date August 29th) OR sending by courier (We will be sending out separate instructions)
